Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with CUVR! We want to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping & Refund Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, refunds, and related matters for purchases made through our store.
Order Processing
Most items in our store are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping notification.
During high-demand periods (such as new product launches, holidays, or promotional events), processing times may be slightly longer. We will do our best to communicate any delays promptly.
Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. We use trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders.
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times may include:
• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing.
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing.
• Priority/Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing (where available).
Delivery time estimates begin once the order has shipped, not from the date the order was placed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
We may update shipping options and rates from time to time. The shipping methods and costs available to you will be displayed at checkout.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time. We also do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited or oversized shipments.
If you enter an invalid or incomplete shipping address, your order may be delayed or returned to us. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, or if you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at orders@CUVR.art and we will work with the carrier to locate your order.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
We take care in packaging every order, but occasionally items may arrive damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged:
• Take photos of the damaged packaging and product(s).
• Contact us at orders@CUVR.art within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
• We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it:
• Check around your delivery area, with neighbors, and with your building management if applicable.
• Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation.
• If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and work toward a resolution.
CUVR is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requesting signature confirmation at checkout if that option is available.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier. Once the carrier has possession of your order, CUVR is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing claims with the carrier if necessary.
Pre-Orders and Backorders
Some products may be available for pre-order or may be temporarily out of stock. If you place an order for a pre-order or backordered item:
• Your payment will be processed at the time of purchase.
• We will provide an estimated shipping date on the product page or in your order confirmation.
• You will receive a shipping notification once the item is in stock and has shipped.
If there is a significant delay beyond the estimated shipping date, we will notify you by email and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly, so we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations after an order is placed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at orders@CUVR.art as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our return and refund policy.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Within 30 days of the delivery date.
• In their original, unused condition.
• In the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
Items that are worn, washed, altered, or missing original packaging or tags may not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at orders@CUVR.art with:
• Your order number.
• The item(s) you wish to return.
• The reason for the return.
We will respond with return instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking. CUVR is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at orders@CUVR.art within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you on the best resolution, which may include providing a prepaid return label at our discretion.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at orders@CUVR.art. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item instead.
Refunds
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may issue partial refunds for items that show signs of use, are missing components, or are not in their original condition.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
• Check your bank or credit card account again, as processing times vary.
• Contact your bank or credit card company, as refunds may take time to post.
• If you’ve done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@CUVR.art.
Order Cancellation Refunds
If you cancel an order before it has shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process described above.
